Spicy fish cutlets using an airfryer

that you can make ahead of time keep it in the freezer and fry it whenever you
need it these fish cutlets will freeze well so when friends suddenly pop up at
your house you can just airfryer the fish cutlets and serve it to your guests

popular appetizer we choose two pieces of medium size sea bream fish of
approximately 800 grams in weight you can choose any other fish of your choice
like tilapia salmon or even canned tuna now in a pan add some oil add the fish
into the pan add teaspoon of black pepper powder some turmeric powder and
salt add some water cover the pan and allow the fish to cook on its own steam
once the fish is cooked let it cool down before removing the skin and bones flake
the fish and be sure to drain off any excess water the ingredients for the
fish cutlets are the fish that has been flaked earlier three large potatoes
which have been boiled finely chopped onions some garlic ginger chillies lemon
juice fresh coriander leaves finely chopped some garam masala some red
chilli powder black pepper powder fennel seed powder turmeric powder and some Top air fryer
salt to taste grind the ginger garlic and chilies into a paste and keep it
aside mash the boiled potato finally to ensure that there are no lumps keep this
aside heat some oil in a pan and add the chopped onions saute it until it becomes
translucent next add the mixture of green chillies ginger and garlic mixed
as well then add the garam masala powder chilli
powder turmeric powder fennel powder black pepper powder mix well add the
flaked fish salt lemon juice and mix well next add the potatoes and coriander
leaves switch off the flame and keep this aside to cool down in a bowl beat the egg thoroughly and
add a pinch of salt play some breadcrumbs on a separate plate start
shaping the fish mixture into a small ball and flatten it continue this for
the remainder of the mixture now dip these cutlets into the beaten egg and
coat it in the bread crumbs we have to preheat the airfryer at 180
degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for three minutes spray or
dab some cooking oil on the fish cutlets place the fish cutlets into the basket
and fry it at 180 degree Celsius for six minutes after 6 minutes open the basket
and flip the fish cutlets and fried 180 degree Celsius for a further 6 more
