Mac and Cheese Recipe – The BEST Macaroni and Cheese Ever!


hello and welcome to soul food cooking
today I will be making mac and cheese preheat your oven to 350 degrees you will need one pound of macaroni one
can of evaporated milk one stick of butter one-fourth cup of provolone
cheese three-fourth couple of muenster cheese three-fourth cup of sharp
cheddar three-fourth cup of mild cheddar three-fourth cup of monterey jack three-fourth
cup of Velveeta two eggs one teaspoon black pepper two and a half teaspoons of salt
and 1 tablespoon of oil to your water and 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon
of oil bring water to a boil then add macaroni allow to cook for seven minutes stirring occasionally remove from heat and drain transfer macaroni to pan then add
butter and mix well next incorporate evaporated milk now incorporate salt and pepper next incorporate eggs add your six cheeses and mix well transfer pan to preheated oven bake for 15 minutes then stir to
incorporate cheeses now allowed to bake for an additional 20
to 25 minutes if you want to be a hit at your next family gathering this macaroni

  17. Is that 1 tsp of salt that was added to the water included in the amount given in the recipe ingredients or on top? I dont want to make the recipe too salty by added the full amount to the already cooked macaroni if some of it was supposed to go to the water. Thank you.
