  1. Look to the Iron Age biblical text for health advice: “If you listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you” (Exodus 15:26) and remember to wash your hands.

  2. I read the news today. This is is a quote from News (Click2Houston.Com)
“St. Cecilia Catholic Church located at 11720 Joan of Arc Dr. Houston, announced Friday that one of the members of their church who had tested positive for coronavirus, attended the 5:30 p.m. Ash Wednesday Mass.
If you are a church member who sat in the last 3 rows on the left side of the church at the 5:30 p.m. Ash Wednesday Mass, you’re asked to contact Harris County Public Health at 713-439-6000.”
People should be more careful about participating a mass here. People who were not only in Ash Wednesday mess but also in the Sunday mess (3/1) might be infected because virus stays in that church for several days.
